House Rules
Please read and follow the apartment's house rules displayed upon your arrival.
Be considerate of other residents and neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and loud events are prohibited.
Use common areas responsibly and leave them clean after use. Do not leave your personal belongings in these spaces.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. Use designated smoking areas if available.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified. Please check specific rules regarding pets before your arrival.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins and follow any provided recycling instructions. Do not leave trash in common areas or on the balcony.
Do not alter the apartment's equipment or furniture. Report any damage or malfunction immediately. Do not leave appliances running unattended.
Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables unattended. The establishment is not responsible for theft or loss.
Keep the apartment keys secure. If keys are lost or you lock yourself out, replacement or unlocking fees will be charged.
Do not park vehicles in unauthorized areas. Follow local parking regulations if applicable. Be mindful of neighbors' rest hours and avoid disruptive behavior.
Turn off lights, electrical appliances, and heating/air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Use resources like water and electricity responsibly.
Report any issues or complaints to management as soon as possible for a quick resolution.
Any damage to the apartment or furniture will be charged to the tenant. Respect payment terms and any additional fees that may apply.
Please vacate the apartment at the agreed time and leave the keys as instructed. Ensure the apartment is clean and in good condition.
Early arrivals and late departures are possible subject to availability and confirmation by our housekeeping team, for a fee of €30 each (late departure up to a maximum of 11am). Please inform us in advance if you wish to take advantage of these options. In the event of early arrival or late departure without prior notification, a surcharge of €20 will be added for attempted abuse.
Pets are allowed in our apartments for an additional cleaning fee of 59€. If you bring a pet without informing us in advance, this charge will be applied, as well as a €20 surcharge for attempted abuse.
