House Rules
Please read and follow the establishment's house rules posted in the apartment.
Respect other residents and neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and loud events are prohibited.
Use the common areas responsibly and leave them clean after use. Do not leave your personal belongings in these spaces.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and common areas. Use designated smoking areas if available.
Use the provided ski lockers to store your ski equipment. It is forbidden to enter the apartment with ski boots. Ensure that boots and ski equipment are left in designated areas to avoid damage and maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins and follow the provided waste sorting instructions. Do not leave trash in the common areas or on the balcony.
Do not modify the apartment's equipment and furniture. Report any damage or malfunction immediately. Do not leave electrical appliances running unattended.
Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables unattended. The establishment is not responsible for theft or loss.
Do not alter the settings of the electronic lock. Use the locking system only to secure the door when leaving the apartment. In case of issues with the lock, contact management immediately.
Do not park vehicles in unauthorized areas. Respect local parking regulations. Be mindful of neighbors' rest hours and avoid disruptive behavior.
Turn off lights, electrical appliances, and heating/air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Use resources such as water and electricity responsibly.
Report any issues or complaints to management as soon as possible to resolve the situation quickly.
Damages caused to the apartment or furniture will be charged to the tenant. Adhere to payment conditions and any additional fees.
Please vacate the apartment at the agreed time and leave the apartment according to the provided instructions. Make sure the apartment is clean and in good condition.
Early arrivals and late departures are possible subject to availability and confirmation by our housekeeping team, for a fee of €30 each (late departure up to a maximum of 11am). Please inform us in advance if you wish to take advantage of these options. In the event of early arrival or late departure without prior notification, a surcharge of €20 will be added for attempted abuse.
Pets are allowed in our apartments for an additional cleaning fee of 59€. If you bring a pet without informing us in advance, this charge will be applied, as well as a €20 surcharge for attempted abuse.
